Macore is looking for a CSR/Order Entry Tech who would be a team-oriented, highly organized individual with a good work ethic.
The CSR/ Order Entry Tech works with customers over the phone in a highly professional manner to fulfill customer's needs for placing orders, answer questions about current or past orders and promote the entire Macore line of products.
They also use Macore's coding system to design tag layouts and place data on plant tags as well as review customer's orders and make sure the details are correct on the tags and in the tag orders.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Enters customer orders with careful attention to tag detail using Excel and the Macore workflow system ? Determines if any information, permissions or photos are missing for an order and then requests or creates what is missing ? Answer phones and emails pleasantly, promptly and appropriately to resolve customer requests ? Provide customers with product and service information in a manner that reflects Macore's positive, upbeat attitude about the customer ? Correctly read and manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets in order to construct and enter tag orders in the work flow system ? Uses various electronic methods and tools for research, photo search and design elements in the order designated by Macore tag creation procedures ? Brings old tags up to date for current orders ? Creates master maps and spreadsheets for complex or custom orders ? Works with customers and other Customer Service staff members to resolve order issues in a timely manner SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Tracks various third party requirements, including the database of contacts, logos and restricted varieties ? Works on lister projects ? Assist the Sales Department with cost/quote issues when necessary ? Perform other job-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION The Plant Tag CSR/Order Entry Tech should have strong math and computer skills with an eye for detail.
Excel and some knowledge of computer coding are also required.
SKILLS AND TRAINING The Plant Tag CSR/Order Entry Tech has strong verbal and written communication skills and works well with team members and customers alike.
They also have an aptitude for reading efficiently and proofing written work accurately as well as an eye for keeping track of customer detail.
